The small questions
Do I need to book ahead?
Two or three days is usually enough; a week ahead in July and August. The late Thursday fills first.
I have sensitive skin — is that a problem?
It is a starting point, not a problem. Tell us when you book; Carla plans the products around it and patch-tests where sensible.
Can two of us come together?
Yes — the two rooms sit side by side and the coffee afterwards is on us. Ask for the duo hour on WhatsApp.
What if I'm not sure what to book?
